As a Key Account Manager Mobile for the Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key telecom accounts. You will drive sales performance, strengthen partnerships, and leverage data analysis to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities. Role and Responsibilities How you make a difference As a Key Account Manager Mobile, you will be responsible for managing one or more strategic key accounts. Your role is a dynamic blend of commercial strategy, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making. By analyzing sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights, you will develop actionable plans that boost performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and long-term success in the channel. A part of your role involves negotiating commercial terms, promotional plans, and long-term agreements that benefit both Samsung and the customer. You ensure that each negotiation results in a strong foundation for sustainable growth and mutual success.
Key responsibilities
Manage one or more key accounts with full revenue responsibility. Drive account performance across a portfolio with a turnover exceeding €100 million. Analyze sales data, forecasts, and customer insights to inform business planning and strategy. Identify win-win opportunities for growth through strategic device bundles, promotions, and added-value solutions. Translate customer needs and strategic direction into impactful action plans. Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans, with a strong focus on data insights and innovation. Challenge conventional thinking by asking critical questions and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, finance, and channel teams to deliver high-quality execution. Maintain regular on-site presence at customer locations (1 day/week) while working flexibly from the office or home. Lead high-impact negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, and strategic initiatives Skills and Qualifications Your team You’ll be part of a high-performing and collaborative Mobile Sales team that includes other Key Account Managers, a Sales Manager, the Head of Sales, and the Vice President of Sales. We also request: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field. Fluent in Dutch and English. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Very strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Strong ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions.
