Materials Clerk

We are looking for a Materials Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling in-process material inventory, ensuring timely material supply to production lines, and supporting continuous improvement in material flow processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and inventory accuracy   Main Responsibilities

Maintain, control, and report the status of in-process material inventory. Generate and execute action plans to achieve and maintain target inventory levels in manufacturing areas. Propose and implement improvements to material flow processes. Receive and verify production materials. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards and policies. Escalate issues to management and ensure timely follow-up. Supply materials to production lines based on material tickets and production requirements.

Experience & Skills

High School Diploma. Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic to Intermediate level of English. Previous experience in inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy analysis using root cause analysis. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Preferred: Experience using Oracle and/or SAP systems. Preferred: Experience operating forklifts. Flexible schedule availability.
