The Senior ASP – plays a critical role in connecting enterprise strategy, market volatility, and operational execution across Fonterra’s business. This role is responsible for Partnering with BU’s as necessary leading performance frameworks both Reporting and forward looking , driving forward-looking analysis, and embedding integrated performance management.

Drawing on experience in consumer goods, retail grocery and wholesale, liquor industry (Dairy, oil & gas, grain, mining, energy or chemicals), this role brings deep understanding of cost drivers, margin volatility, capacity constraints, market risk, manufacturing, supply chain, product costing and capital allocation tradeoffs. The role provides strategic insights to understand past performance and drive future performance, scenario modelling and decision support to executive stakeholders, ensuring financial and operational performance are tightly aligned to strategic objectives and market realities. What are we looking for? Qualifications required Graduate/Post degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred. CA/ICWA/CPA is not required, but it is preferred. Skills, knowledge, experience required • 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Portfolio Management, FP&A, Business Performance, or Commercial Finance within a commodity-based environment such as oil & gas, grocery retail/wholesale/liquor store, grain/soft commodities, mining, metals, CPG, Beverages, manufacturing, banking or energy markets Deep commercial & operational understanding • Experience working with commodity markets, price curves, hedging, supply/demand analytics, or trading. • Understanding of global supply chains, production economics, and asset intensive operations. • Experience connecting financial performance with operational and market drivers. Advanced analytical & modelling capability • Strong skills in scenario modelling, cost curves, sensitivity analysis, optimisation models, and price-volume-mix. • Experience with advanced analytics or forecasting tools used in commodity industries. Systems & digital capability • Advanced Excel — financial modelling, large datasets, pivot analysis, complex lookups • SAP ECC or equivalent ERP — report extraction, cost centre mapping, GL cod 6. Enterprise Reporting, Data & Systems • Support the Finance Business Partner, FP&A Manager, Divisional General Manager in team leadership, planning, and execution of key initiatives. • Lead adoption of enterprise CPM tools (SAP SAC, Power BI, or equivalent).

• Build reporting for trading, and product contribution margin.

• Ensure data quality, , and single-source-of-truth structures for performance reporting. 7.
