The selected candidate will provide analytic content for their assigned regions. The Analyst will play a pivotal role in our our market analyst team.  You will work closely with analysts and other cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives. This full-time position offers an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, and contribute to the growth of CoStar Group's commercial real estate market intelligence.  The position will be based in our Paris office.

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide accurate and timely insights into commercial real estate markets. Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to interpret large datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to different stakeholders. Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations.  Monitor key market indicators and maintain a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics. Produce meaningful, relevant, and insightful analytic content describing real estate market conditions in the assigned regions for inclusion in CoStar’s product offering This analytic content will take written forms primarily, including (1) written narratives in CoStar’s market and sub-market reports; (2) video content; (3) presentations to clients and at industry events; and (4) written and visual content for CoStar’s news platform. Engage in interactions and discussions with CoStar customers to deliver market analysis and seek industry input to inform CoStar’s view of developing trends in the real estate market.
