Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize employee experiences. Serve as the strategic execution partner to Product and Technology, translating employee-support strategy and roadmap priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery. As a Product Delivery Manager, Vice President in Employee Help, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will lead end-to-end processes and manage dependencies to enable successful, well-organized implementations. Working across HR, Technology, and Operations, you keep employee experience and compliance at the center of every decision.

Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners . Lead end-to-end delivery for Employee Help products, from intake and feasibility through development, testing, release, operationalization, and performance reporting. Partner with Product Managers, Technology leaders, and stakeholders to evaluate requests, clarify scope, and translate priorities into structured delivery plans. Ensure adequate resourcing and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and functional partners to surface constraints, negotiate trade-offs, and adjust plans. Monitor post-deployment performance, capture lessons learned, and feed insights back into product and delivery improvement cycles. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics, blockers, and feedback to streamline workflows and mature delivery disciplines across the portfolio. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area. Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities. Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes. Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies . Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate in matrixed environments amid ambiguity. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Ability to interpret delivery performance and product impact metrics. Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
