Ads Quality and Efficiency Technology focuses on end-to-end quality assurance and technology-driven efficiency enhancement across the entire ads ecosystem, including Ad Manager, Delivery System, Review System, Conversion Measurement, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities - Participate substantively in test development initiatives for commercial monetization products. - Conduct business-oriented testing across Web and server-side products. - Track, analyze, and document issues identified during testing; oversee the bug resolution lifecycle by proactively collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. - Execute integration testing and system testing, along with automation and performance testing as required. - Drive and monitor the implementation of end-to-end project workflows, assess project risks, facilitate issue resolution, and safeguard overall product quality.
