Overview
Job Purpose ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), presents a unique opportunity for a full-time Regulatory Product Manager to join our New York office. Our team is responsible for the support and maintenance of ICE Data Service’s Regulatory Products business, including offerings such as MiFID II, SEC Reporting, Basel III, and Solvency II to name a few.
Responsibilities
Research and due diligence on operational requirements for various financial regulations, with a focus on both buy-side and sell-side regulations. Identify financial content necessary for compliance with respect to completeness and unit-testing for accuracy. Itemize those data points that are readily available from those that may need to be derived Handle client inquiries related to these services around methodology, data quality inquiries/challenges and client onboarding requirements Assist in developing the business case for potential product opportunities. Aid in detailing the target market, competitive landscape research, explanation of specific use cases as well as required product features Analyze third-party research and Internet searches within the target markets for regulatory content expenditures Extensive data analysis, scrubbing and normalization of large, historical data sets Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) required 3+ years of experience in consulting, legal or complex financial institutions CFA or Law School tracks a plus Experience with big data preferred Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with FRTB, Basel III and other bank regulations; or familiarity with Asset Management Regulations such as various SEC rules Basic familiarity with several of: MiFID II, Dodd-Frank Act, Solvency II, Money-Market Fund Reform, Risk-Weightings and Capital Adequacy, Stress Testing, or FASB/IASB Accounting standards New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $120,000 – $195,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
