What you'll Do
Build the agentic harness platform that enables Adobe teams to create, evaluate, orchestrate, and operate agentic products and workflows at scale. Apply your knowledge of AI agents, model APIs, MCP servers/tools, skills, semantic retrieval, evaluations, safety, security standards, and observability to deliver reliable platform capabilities. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build and deliver innovative solutions. Enable Adobe product teams and developers with reusable platform services, patterns, and guidance for building production-ready agentic applications. Take initiative to solve complex problems. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. What you need to succeed Technical Skills (Must Have) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Proven industry experience building intelligent platforms, agentic systems, or developer-facing infrastructure for agent evaluation, orchestration, memory, tool execution, monitoring, and workflow automation. Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, along with familiarity with their surrounding tooling ecosystems. Experience designing scalable platform APIs and integrations that enable product teams to build and operate agentic applications safely and efficiently. Hands-on experience with Anthropic APIs and Claude model capabilities, including model selection, tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, extended thinking, and appropriate Claude operating modes for agentic workflows. Strong understanding of agentic harness concepts, such as task planning, tool routing, guardrails, evaluation loops, workflow execution, traceability, and production observability. Technical Skills (Nice to Have) Familiarity with current generative AI model families and platforms, including GPT models and multimodal or image-generation models such as Google Nano Banana, with an understanding of their strengths, limitations, and practical application patterns. Understanding semantic retrieval concepts and hands-on experience implementing semantic search or RAG-style retrieval systems. Working knowledge of widely used frameworks such as Node.js, React, or similar technologies. Experience with Kubernetes and modern deployment strategies. Knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of software development practices (source control, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, code reviews). Knowledge of relational database systems and Redis cache. Solid understanding of the full software development
