Sales Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process and coordinate with customers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Process and manage sales orders through SAP or ERP systems. Coordinate order fulfillment from order entry to customer delivery. Follow up with manufacturing on production schedules and committed delivery dates. Plan shipment and delivery schedules with warehouses and logistics providers. Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents regarding shipment arrangements and order status. Manage order amendments and communicate updates with customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare order and shipping reports as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Logistics. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English.
