Quality Technician

 Position Role Type: Unspecified ATS is seeking an experienced  Quality Technician . This role is responsible for one or more production areas at our site in Taiwan . You will interface with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment with plenty of challenging opportunities. You will be engaged with Production Test Engineers, Design Engineers, Production Associates, Management, and customers to ensure product and process compliance, continuously improve processes, and meet organizational goals. Your knowledge and experience will be valued and contribute to furthering the success of ATS Quality . The Quality Team provides leadership for integration and execution of Quality practices and processes .  The Quality Technic i an is responsible for the incoming inspection of all outsourced materials, raw materials, components, and subcontracted products. Conducts sampling and measurements in accordance with inspection specifications to ensure that accepted materials meet quality standards and to prevent nonconforming products from entering the production process . (Chinese Version) 負責廠內所有外購物料、原物料、零組件及委外加工品之進料檢驗。依據檢驗規範執行抽樣與量測，確保入庫物料符合品質標準，阻止不良品流入製程。 Onsite:  This position will work onsite at our site in Taiwan Zhubei office with ir regular business trip to Taiwan Yangmei office.

Incoming Inspection Execution: Conducts material sampling, visual inspections, and mechanical dimension measurements based on MIL-STD-105E (AQL sampling standards) or internal sampling plans. Specification Alignment & Tool Operation: Utilizing Inspection Standards and part specifications, proficiently operates standard measurement tools—such as calipers—to perform dimensional and visual inspections, ensuring incoming materials conform to requirements. Nonconforming Material Disposition (MRB Process): Issues Non-Conformance Reports (NCR reports) upon detecting material abnormalities; ensures the proper labeling and segregation of defective items, and tracks subsequent dispositions (e.g., UAI/Use-As-Is, Return to Vendor, Rework). System Transaction & Record Maintenance: Inputs inspection reports into ERP, MES, or QM systems, and executes system transactions (receipt/rejection) alongside form approvals. Quality Feature Testing: Performs specific physical or chemical characteristic testing based on product properties, such as coating thickness measurement and cross-hatch adhesion testing. Abnormality Investigation Support: Collaborates with Quality Engineers (QA) to perform sample re-inspection and provide data analysis when incoming-material-related quality issues occur on the production line. (Chinese Version) 1.進料檢驗執行：依據 MIL-STD-105E （ AQL 抽樣標準）或公司內部抽樣計畫，執行進料抽樣、外觀檢查與結構尺寸量測。 2.規格比對與量具操作：依據檢驗標準書（ SIP ）與料件規格，熟練操作游標卡尺等常規量檢具執行尺寸量測與外觀檢查，確認來料符合規格。 3.不合格品處置 (MRB 流程 ) ：來料異常時發行不合格報告（ NCR/IQC 異常單），進行不良品標示與隔離，並追蹤後續判定（如：特採、退貨、重工）。 4.系統過帳與紀錄維護：於 ERP / MES / QM 系統填寫檢驗報告，執行系統過帳（過收 / 過退）與表單簽核。 5.品質特徵檢驗：配合產品特性，進行特定物理或化學特性測試（如：鍍層厚度量測、百格測試）。 6.配合異常調查：當產線發生因來料引起的品質異常時，配合品質工程師（ QA
