About you and this role Owns a portfolio of solutions and systems (applications) and manages its lifecycle - analysis, design, implementation/adoption, optimization, and end-of-life retirement of digital solutions, delivering advanced functional and business capabilities. Works hand-in-hand with a multi-disciplinary IT expert team (analysts/designers/developers/support) to deliver innovative digital solutions. Orchestrates functional and technical requirements analysis – with emphasis on experience, simplification, automation, efficiency, reliability. Oversees the development, optimization, implementation and adoption of solutions leveraging best-in-class mobile, web, desktop , cloud technologies. Identifies opportunities for innovating with digital capabilities aiming to accelerate Dow’s digital transformation. The role is for Navi Mumbai office, Responsibilities Requirements Analysis – Explores, analyzes, maps business and function requirements.
Experience
Mapping - Maps user journeys, user experience, user stories (user features) to facilitate employee experience (EX) / customer experience (CX) transformation. IT Solution/Application/System – owns/drives the full solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design – solution architecture, buy vs make decisions – integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, develops / integrates / tests / builds solutions – with ability to operate in both waterfall and agile environment , ensures compliance to corporate standards, architecture guidelines, and information security policies. Supports implementation and user adoption. Support - Selects and defines supplier and team support models. Performance - Defines controls, measures and KPIs for solution performance and reliability. End-to-End Integration – Coordinates with other Managers for end-to-end process optimization and integration. Roadmaps – Defines a solution(s) portfolio improvement and innovation roadmap with proper sequencing and prioritization of projects; Help assess resource, technology, investment needed in delivering against the roadmap. Solution Expertise – supports and foster a community of solution experts and acts as a thought leader in his/her domain. Assist with workload analysis for team to ensure proper resource alignment for capacity planning. Assists with financial management by managing solution lifecycle costs. Works with stakeholders to understand and enable MA&D activities, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Your Skill s Strong experience is expected in SAP-SD (minimum 5 years ) , good experience on cross functional experience is appreciated. Also, cross-functional modules experience as integration point with MM and FI are also important. Strong experience on Intercompany and Indirect Tax are appreciated. Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, credit management, and tax business processes. Familiarity with e-government/e-invoicing solutions like SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC), Sovos , or equivalent platforms. Familiarity with design and configuration of SAP ERP (FI/CO, AR, SD billing modules), and/or
