What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be instrumental in building the intuitive user interfaces that power sophisticated AI agents. You will tackle challenging technical problems related to user experience and front-end architecture, developing a core UI library, internal tools, testing environments, and user-facing components for agent interactions. You will contribute to the architectural direction, collaborating closely with backend specialists, UX/UI designers, and AI researchers. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, practical experience building scalable and performant front-end systems, and a keen interest or experience in modern AI technologies. Key Exciting Responsibilities Frontend Development & Implementation: Design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing features and internal tools using modern frontend technologies, including TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS. Develop a core UI library and reusable components to enable efficient development and deployment of AI agents and associated tooling. Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code for frontend systems. Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for the front end. Participate actively in code reviews. Technical Design & Contribution: Contribute significantly to technical design and architecture discussions, considering frontend implications for new features and system improvements. Collaborate with principal engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and researchers to refine requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Evaluate and prototype new technologies and frameworks relevant to frontend development. Take ownership of the technical implementation for specific features or components. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Research, other Engineering teams) to deliver cohesive user experiences. Share knowledge and document designs and processes effectively. May mentor junior engineers on front-end development practices. Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. Contribute to improving the scalability, performance, security, and usability of the platform's interfaces. Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional software development experience specializing in frontend development. Deep technical proficiency in TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS. A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, to solve complex architectural
