Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.  As a Scheduling Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and components necessary to meet production and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve production challenges, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials to support manufacturing and Depot operations.

Manage a high visibility, high mix, high volume area. Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.   Releasing depot/production orders in MRP system and confirming in shop floor system. Coordinates kitting process with multiple stores and consolidation areas.  Provide production floor support including replacement part management, shop floor material staging, Work in Progress (WIP) movement through shared resource areas, completion of units in shop floor and MRP system, delivery to next step (inventory or shipment), and meeting MRP schedule.   Maintaining integrity of the shop floor, MRP, and inventory systems through key performance metrics.   This will be an onsite role in our Tucson, AZ facility.

You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Experience to include planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or other relevant transferable experience. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams. Active and transferable Secret clearance level required at time of application. U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance prior to start date.

We Prefer: Experience with Special Program Access. Experience with Kinaxis, CMES or similar software. Material planning and order execution experience. Experience with MS Office 360 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook/Teams).
