The Forklift Driver / Shipper is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, and ship products. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory handling, and timely shipment of goods.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders or invoices Move materials to and from storage areas, staging areas, and loading docks Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Keep warehouse clean and organized Education: (NA or APAC) High school diploma or equivalent required.

(EMEA) High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. (***If a Degree or specific Apprenticeship or Technical Certification is required please modify the first sentence and add the specifics here***) Experience: Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts) Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Forklift operation (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, etc.) Time management and organization Teamwork and communication Problem-solving and reliability Physical Requirements / Work Environment Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures Standing, walking, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods May require overtime, weekends, or shift work What We Offer:
