Supervise team to execute toolroom production operation and keep continuous improvement (e.g. new equipment, technology and material introduction, process optimization, employee suggestions adoption etc.) with the objective of ensuring toolroom production operation run smoothly and on time delivery , and improve product quality, Designing of electrodes, production efficiency and reduce product scrap rate within company and toolroom production policies and procedures People Management and Development (i) Allocate and balance work across direct reports; (ii) Review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; (iii) Mentor, develop and motivate them; (iv) Resolve people issues in the team; in order to achieve targeted department performance and enhance staffs capability and working passion. Toolroom Production Management (i) Develop toolroom production plan; (ii) Allocate manpower based on toolroom production plan; (III) Monitor toolroom production plan execution and product quality; (iv) Monitor 5S, ISO9000, TEOA, security discipline execution; (v) Check and monitor production report; in order to ensure toolroom production operation run smoothly and improve product quality, production efficiency, on time delivery and reduce product scrap rate. Continuous Improvement (i) Improve toolroom related processes; (ii) Review staff reasonable suggestion and customer complain and push improvement action plan implementation; (iii) Evaluate and introduce new equipment, technology and materials; in order to improve toolroom production operation efficiency Key Resp (i) Create, interpret, and modify 2D & 3D CAD models for tooling and machining requirements. (ii)Understand and operate all types of tool room machines (conventional & CNC). (iii)Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure tool availability (iV)Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized tool room Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3 years toolroom related work experience Communication skill, coordination skill, execution
