About this role

This role is responsible for leading the National Test Regionalization program, a key strategic initiative designed to optimize our lab network. The Senior Program Manager will drive the end-to-end process of identifying and migrating testing to optimize cost and delivery. This will be accomplished through the analytical review of tests and their FDA status, incorporating inputs from Esoteric, Regional Labs, and Health Systems. As the central owner of the program's strategic roadmap and execution, you will balance network capacity with demand, minimize multiple handling, and directly impact cost, turn-around-time (TAT), and operational efficiency. Internal Title: Sr. Manager, Program - National Test Regionalization This is a Remote opportunity however the incumbent must reside in a commutable distance to one of our major lab geographies: Boston, Newark NJ, Pittsburgh, Chantilly VA, Atlanta, Greensboro, Miami, Tampa, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Chicago, Denver, Oklahoma City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles (West Hills or San Juan Capistrano), Sacramento or Seattle. No Sponsorship available. Pay Range: $120,000 - $155,000/ year, 15% Bonus (The final offer and compensation package for this role may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location.) Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
