Position Summary
The Manager, Parking & Mobility position will manage day-to-day event, daily, and monthly parking, transportation, and mobility operations at Centennial Yards in the Downtown Atlanta area. This role pays an annual salary of $90,000-$104,000 and is bonus eligible. Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service by developing and implementing efficient procedures with emphasis on continual improvement. Hire, develop, train, and support a team of part-time parking supervisors, parking ambassadors, and maintenance porters. Ensure all parking systems are operational. Perform minor maintenance of all PARCS systems (clear ticket jams in pay stations, repair barrier gates). Train designated staff on remote management of PARCS Systems . Inspect all parking systems/devices to ensure they are operational . Assist Director with creating new parking products, additional revenue streams, and reducing costs of the parking and mobility operation. Assist Director with working towards sustainability goals, including revenue, the PARCS system, and operational audits. Assist with strategic planning, traffic management planning, and budgeting. Assist in monthly reporting efforts to the client. Review/analyze guest surveys and other performance measures to maximize operational performance. Manage rideshare operation, coordination, and relationships with partners. Work with transportation technology GPS wayfinding partners (Google, Waze, and Apple Maps).
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in parking/transportation management; event management preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field. Knowledge of parking revenue management systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Valid driver license required .
