Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? ✈️🚁🚀 As an HR Generalist, you will act as the direct on-site anchor for Human Resources at the manufacturing facility, aligning local operations with the corporate organization model. Your mission is to maintain labor stability on the production floor, enforce policy compliance, and closely support facilities management to guarantee an optimal everyday experience for all personnel.
Key responsibilities
Shopfloor Presence: Provide timely attention to operational staff needs, resolving payroll, grievances, and everyday requests during the shift. Absenteeism Control: Monitor and analyze production line absenteeism, implementing strategies to reduce its impact. Disciplinary Actions: Execute warnings and administrative records ( actas administrativas ) according to the Federal Labor Law. Offboarding Management: Coordinate terminations, resignations, and labor suspensions within the legal framework. Onboarding & Hiring: Manage physical/digital employee files, contract signings, and system registrations. Workplace Climate: Help execute team-building events, wellness campaigns, recognition programs, and climate surveys. Training Compliance: Keep training records updated to meet audit requirements and industry standards. Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with managers and supervisors to implement HR processes and drive continuous improvement. HR Goals: Actively contribute to the achievement of the department's strategic goals. EHS Policy Alignment: Apply EHS policies, contributing directly to the site's safety objectives and KPIs. Risk & Incident Management: Follow emergency, hazard identification, and incident investigation protocols while maintaining awareness of operational risks. Reporting & Audits: Participate in internal/external EHS audits and immediately report any anomalies, spills, or unsafe acts. Operational Care: Separate waste correctly and complete all mandatory environmental, health, and safety training.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience managing labor relations and unions. Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes. (Desirable) Intermediate English. Deep knowledge of Mexican Labor Law ( Ley Federal del Trabajo - LFT ). (Desirable) Experience designing and implementing communication strategies. Experience managing employee health and wellness programs. (Desirable) Leadership and decision-making. Teamwork.
