Summary: Director, Execution Capabilities - Commercial Operations NOTE: There are two similar roles available and posted. To be considered for both, you must apply to each one separately (R-144263 & R-144686). Help shape the future of system capabilities by advancing foundational capability programs, strengthening collaboration across the system, and bringing innovative learning solutions to life. T his role will play a critical part in building the capabilities needed to support evolving system , customer and consumer needs while accelerating our long-term growth ambitions. The Director, Execution Capabilities is responsible for developing a strategic capability roadmap for NAOU Bottler Partners and building scalable processes to identify , capture, and rapidly redeploy best practices across the system. This role partners closely with internal and external capability leaders to design and deploy a cross-functional capability framework across Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Bottler Operations. The objective is to strengthen current capabilities while preparing NAOU Bottlers for evolving consumer expectations, future business needs, and emerging commercial capabilities over the next 3–5 years. A key priority for this role is leading the evolution, facilitation, and ongoing education of foundational capability programs, including Collaborating for Value (CFV), Collaborative Business Planning (CBP), and Effective Negotiations. The development of existing and future capability programs will be informed by consumer insights, emerging trends, and Coca-Cola growth opportunities aligned to our 2035 ambitions. This role will also work closely with Franchise teams to plan and execute bottler capability engagements and drive post-engagement capability action planning. Additionally, this role will leverage global best practices by identifying innovative capability approaches across Operating Units and Bottler Partners worldwide and evaluating opportunities to adapt and scale them within NAOU. Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education 5+ years of experience in Sales, Franchise, Capability Development, Learning, and/or Bottler Operations. Demonstrated passion for capability development, facilitation, and learning. Strong end-to-end knowledge of bottling operations and experience partnering with Bottler Partners to build commercial and operational capabilities. Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and presentations for large, diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person environments . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required . Functional Skills Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful capability sessions and learning experiences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance existing capability programs and develop new solutions . Drive post-deployment adoption and stewardship of capabilities across the system. Demonstrate a passion for translating system capabilities into value creation that supports our 2035 ambitions Apply a strong growth mindset and lead with agility, adapting direction as needed to deliver high-value capability tools and programs Additional Information Trave l: Approximately 25 –50% Location : Atlanta, GA Relocation: Relocation support is not available for this role.
