Role
Overview The Director, Value Delivery, Planning & PMO is responsible for leading the Digital PMO and enterprise portfolio management capabilities across the Operating Unit, ensuring digital investments are strategically planned, effectively governed, successfully delivered, and continuously measured against business outcomes. This role serves as the central point of coordination for portfolio planning, investment governance, delivery oversight, resource optimization, and value realization. Working across Product Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and business leadership, the Director establishes the operating rhythm for strategic planning, portfolio governance, financial management , performance reporting, and executive decision-making. The role ensures digital investments remain aligned to enterprise priorities while driving transparency, accountability, and execution excellence across the Digital Transformation portfolio. As a strategic leader, this role fosters a culture of outcome-based delivery, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and disciplined portfolio management that maximizes enterprise value. What You will do for us Lead the Digital PMO and enterprise portfolio management function, establishing governance, planning, and value realization processes across the Operating Unit's digital portfolio. Drive annual, quarterly, and rolling portfolio planning cycles that align strategic priorities, business demand, funding, and delivery capacity. Establish investment governance frameworks that prioritize digital initiatives based on strategic alignment, business value, risk, and organizational capacity. Partner with Product, Technology Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders to develop integrated portfolio roadmaps and execution plans. Develop and manage portfolio performance frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, value realization metrics, financial performance, and delivery health indicators. Lead executive governance forums by providing portfolio insights, investment recommendations, delivery performance updates, and strategic decision support. Oversee portfolio financial management , including investment planning, budget alignment, forecasting, benefits tracking, and business case governance. Drive portfolio risk management by proactively identifying dependencies, resource constraints, execution risks, and mitigation strategies. Establish standardized portfolio management methodologies, governance practices, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls across the Digital organization. Leverage analytics, AI-enabled planning, and scenario modeling to improve forecasting accuracy, resource optimization, and investment decision-making. Foster a culture of accountability,
