This field coordinator position is responsible for the coordination, communication and ordering of all needs from the field to the fabrication shops, tool room, and equipment departments. This position acts as the liaison between the office and field assisting in all support that the job sites need to function. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinate and enter all pipe, material, and consumables called in from the field/sprinkler fitters. Process and enter all tool requests requested from the field. Submit all equipment request forms to the equipment department as requested. Enter the request form, pictures and schedule all job site pick ups/clean ups Create and enter blue ticketed material from designers and PM’s Assist with the call off of equipment rentals Assist in the coordination of fabrication/onsite date of blue ticketed pipe and material per the job site needs. Assist in inventory cycle counting in the fabrication shops and warehouses Provide any drawings or details requested from the field. Assist in managing inventory levels of all tools and equipment stocked in the tool room (North Carolina) Assist in managing the inventory of all material storage and material handling equipment located at the branch (North Carolina) Assist in managing the inventory of all equipment located at the branch (North Carolina)

High School Diploma or GED is required 5+ years of previous administrative experience is required. Prior field coordinating experience is a plus. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, and particularly Excel) is required. Excellent customer service skills are required. Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required. Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required. Demonstrating integrity and professionalism is required. Demonstrating commitment to company values is required. Excellent organizational skills is required. Ability to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced multi-task environment is required.
