Join us and redefine what’s next for you What you’ll do: Partner with business stakeholders to identify, frame, and prioritize AI use cases aligned to measurable business value linked to experience outcomes Map current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-enabled workflow redesign, automation, decision support, and experience improvement. Assess feasibility of AI opportunities in partnership with technology, data science, architecture, and delivery teams. Quantify expected value, benefits, risks, and operational impact through business cases and basic financial modeling. Support build/buy/partner recommendations by evaluating solution options, enterprise fit, scalability, and delivery implications. Ensure solution concepts are aligned with enterprise architecture principles, data readiness, security, governance, and responsible AI expectations. Bring a practical technical perspective to business discussions, including awareness of AI/ML, cloud platforms, MLOps, LLMs, and agentic AI patterns. Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, data science, product/delivery leads, and program governance forums. What you need to bring: Strong business or enterprise architecture background with experience in transformation or process excellence. Working knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, MLOps, large language models, and agentic AI concepts. Ability to redesign end-to-end business processes and translate business needs into solution concepts. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Ability to assess business value, cost drivers, feasibility, and operational impact. Experience with Q2C or similar enterprise business processes preferred. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and connecting business strategy to execution-ready roadmaps.
