The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team: Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement. Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes. The Time & Labor Management team manages a high volume, fast-paced process in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for continuously expanding responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures. Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow‑through until resolution. Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information. Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance. Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
Qualifications
You Must Have An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience. Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
