Procurement Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Global Field Operation Senior Managers (Level M) to lead our North America East and North Americal Central Regional teams in one of the following locations: Dallas, TX; North Charleston, SC; Chicago IL or St. Louis, MO.

Manage employees from multiple Supply Chain and Project Management disciplines performing activities in support of company and supplier operations, rate readiness and performance management. Ensure team communicates supplier performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Develop and execute supplier recovery project plans and set supplier improvement goals and timelines. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Oversight of the team to manage suppliers to the negotiated contractual documents. Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management. Ensures team is initiating and executing supplier recovery and improvement activities. Coach, counsel, mentor and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Provide on-going developmental feedback. Demonstrate the Boeing Values and Behaviors as a leader within Global Field Operations Position requires up to 75% of domestic and international travel.
