Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration through Councils: Lead a Materials Council with members from multiple teams. Collaborate with others across functions to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Team

Leadership: In a flexible and cross trained teaming environment, take a leadership role in sitewide decision making. Coach structured problem solving, including root cause analysis and PDCA cycles. Key Skills: Strategic Planning. Effectively develop and implement long term strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals. Inventory Management. This role requires proficient management of inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize costs, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Leadership. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide and motivate the SPC teams, fostering a collaborative environment of shared understanding and driving performance towards meeting organizational objectives. Data Analysis. The ability to analyze complex data sets is crucial for making informed decisions, identifying trends, and improving supply chain processes through data driven insights. Communication. Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient information flow. Problem Solving. Must be adept at identifying issues within the supply chain and developing innovative solutions to overcome challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Negotiation.
