About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Programs Manager to build and improve our EMEA webinar and digital events program - shaping topics, formats, speaker strategy, promotion, follow-up, and on-demand content so our digital events generate value before, during, and long after the live session. You'll act as the connective layer between global campaign priorities and EMEA audience relevance, translating global themes into locally credible, demand-generating content. This is a strategic role - not pure production or localization - and you'll partner with global teams, regional marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and sales to build a scalable, measurable EMEA digital programming model. Location - Berlin, Germany What You’ll Be Doing Build and optimize EMEA webinar and digital event programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and long-term lead generation Translate global campaign themes into locally relevant concepts using regional market insight, regulatory context, buyer pain points, and expert voices Maintain a scalable EMEA webinar editorial calendar balancing global moments, local opportunities, pipeline needs, and speaker capacity Build a speaker enablement model covering selection, briefing, coaching, dry runs, moderation, and feedback loops Turn webinars into evergreen content assets through on-demand libraries, nurture paths, and sales enablement resources Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and regional teams on audiences, promotion, reporting, and optimization Analyze performance across registration, attendance, engagement, lead quality, and pipeline influence to recommend where to scale, optimize, or rework programs Other duties as needed About You 5+ years managing webinars, digital events, or integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets Proven ability to build programs beyond execution - covering concept development, audience strategy, speaker management, promotion, and performance optimization Experience developing speaker programs including briefing, coaching, dry runs, and external speaker sourcing Understanding of how webinars become evergreen assets through on-demand libraries, nurture programs, and content repurposing Comfortable evaluating webinar platforms, engagement tools, analytics, and production workflows in partnership with Marketing Operations Proactive and commercially minded - confident proposing new formats, challenging weak concepts, and advocating for regional programming based on pipeline opportunity Collaborative, low-ego working style; comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix organization alongside global teams and execution partners Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ON24, Zoom Webinars, Cvent, Tableau, Asana, or similar platforms About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.
