Truck & Bus Service Advisor

Job Summary: Serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the branch location.

We are looking for a talented Truck & Bus Service Administrator to join our Distribution business in (Mississauga, ON). Will make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and building strong customer relationships. Open and manage work orders, prepare quotes, repair plans, and service documentation. Coordinate with Service Supervisors, Team Leads, technicians, and customers to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion. Review customer concerns, explain repairs and charges, and assist with warranty-related questions. Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records using service management systems. Support service operations by monitoring workflow, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
