What you’ll do: Resolve customer’s issues via telephone, email, or remote sessions.  Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner to vendor according to process guidelines.  Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.  Collaborate with other technology teams in diagnosing and isolating the cause of complex issues.  Maintain quality on case documentation, SLA timeframes and operational metrics.  Performs within the Productivity Measure of the team (scorecard). Handle Problem Management, Post Incident Reviews and RCA.  What you need to bring: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Equivalent). Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment. Certification on the latest track like VMware VCP, HPE certifications (ATP/ASE – Server Solutions, Synergy), RHCSA, CCNA, ITIL is an added advantage.  Flexible to work in 24/7 support environment. Technical Skills: Admin, Operate and Manage vSphere Datacenter. Experience in ESXi and vCenter upgrades. ESXi command line interface vCenter HA, DRS, and other cluster features Virtual Machine operations and configurations. vSphere Performance Monitoring and Performance Chart vSphere Networking, Standard Switch, Distributed Switch (DVS) vSphere Storage, iSCSI, FC, Software iSCSI, RDM configurations. vSphere security and ESXi hardening.  Strong knowledge of HPE compute platforms, specifically VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter Resource optimization, snapshots, templates, vMotion, storage vMotion HPE ProLiant DL series HPE Synergy (Composer, Image Streamer, frames, interconnects) HPE Apollo systems Experience with iLO, OneView, firmware/driver baseline updates, and server diagnostics Understanding of SAN/NAS concepts, zoning, datastores, and virtualization storage integration. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure issues under pressure Non-Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to deliver high quality product and solution support.  Must achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
