Raytheon Digital Technology OSCQ is seeking a Systems Administrator – Operational Technology to contribute as a key team member in a fast-paced, technology-driven factory environment, applying advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues of moderate to high complexity across hardware, operating systems, and integrated platforms. This is an onsite position .

Support and configure Operational Technology (OT) environments, including industrial control systems, switches, networked automation devices, and secure connectivity solutions bridging OT and IT networks. Ensure all systems adhere to OT security standards while maintaining high reliability across factory production and manufacturing operations. Perform IT systems administration within a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, leveraging your knowledge of Windows Server internals or Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and server replication technologies. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components with a strong focus on optimizing performance, security, and connectivity. Experience with OT networks is highly valued. Partner closely with Cybersecurity teams to uphold security requirements and safeguards across all systems and environments. Support 24x7 operational systems, which may require occasional work outside standard hours. Travel up to 10% annually to domestic U.S. locations based on business needs.

You Must Have   Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Windows and/or Linux systems administration experience. Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.
