Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams. Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers. Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented. Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders. Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.

You Must Have Requires a Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and five (5) years related Quality Engineering experience Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

We Prefer Existing DoD Secret Clearance or Higher Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System Experience with LEAN methodologies or CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), control plans or supplier verification Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams Proven experience in data analytics, identifying trends and creating action plans Proven experience in Project Management and leading cross functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.) Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and deliver Learn More and Apply Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
