The Project Administrator will assist with customer account management and maintenance. She/he will track job progress on each assigned job and provide timely billing/invoicing per job. The Project Administator will also help with close-out permits and other miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned by the manager. This position is a key role to the success of each project and is responsible for seeing each project through from beginning to end.
Pay: $24-32/hr, DOE What You'll Do
Process account billing and invoicing in a timely manner Coordinate billing timelines with project administrators Upload and track job information and progress Ability to work with a team as well as independently Complete work as assigned by Account Manager Communicate with customer via phone or email as needed Develop an understanding of all aspects of customer billing
What You'll Bring
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Understanding and experience with MS Office suite Ability to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations Great organizational skills and high attention to detail 1-3 years clerical or administrative experience Experience in the construction industry (Preferred) Associates degree or equivalent college credits (Preferred)
