Coordinates execution of scientific consulting workflows to maintain alignment with defined service, quality, and productivity targets.

Organizes assigned work activities to ensure timely delivery against operational plans and priorities.

Tracks performance against established metrics and addresses routine operational issues using defined procedures and escalation protocols.

Maintains compliance with scientific standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines across engagements.

Identifies trends in routine data and suggests improvements to stabilize processes and enhance delivery consistency for review and approval.

Communicates policies, procedures, and expectations to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders and partners. . Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Less than 2 years of experience in scientific consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field required.

Certification in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred. Certification in data analytics or scientific data interpretation tools preferred.
