Manager, Invest Fraud Strategy and Operations

As the Manager, Invest Fraud Strategy & Operations, you will lead Ally's brokerage fraud operations team while helping shape the future of fraud risk management within our digital investing business. This role combines operational leadership with strategic influence, providing a unique opportunity to impact fraud policy, investigative practices, customer protection strategies, and the continued evolution of our fraud program.

You will oversee the day-to-day investigation and resolution of fraud events affecting Ally Invest, including account takeover, identity theft, first-party fraud, cyber-enabled fraud, and securities-related fraud schemes. In parallel, you will serve as a key subject matter expert, partnering across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Brokerage teams to identify emerging threats, enhance controls, improve customer outcomes, and influence future fraud strategy.

This role is ideal for leaders who have built expertise in brokerage operations, fraud operations, investigations, risk management, or strategy and are looking to expand their impact beyond operational execution into broader fraud program development and transformation. As Ally continues to modernize fraud capabilities, this position will play an important role in helping define how investigative operations, fraud controls, customer experience, and risk management evolve together.
