Operations-facing integration role supporting stable, supportable, and auditable OT environments
PRACTICE DESCRIPTION Operational technology environments require disciplined follow-through to ensure assets, platforms, controls, monitoring, documentation, and support processes remain complete and effective after technology changes or site transitions. The Platform Integration Engineer – OT role supports operational integration, platform readiness, documentation completion, control/evidence support, monitoring validation, risk/remediation tracking, and stabilization activities that help maintain reliable and supportable OT operations. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a technically capable and coordination-focused Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control/evidence follow-through, documentation completion, platform onboarding validation, and stabilization activities for OT environments. The role serves as an operations-facing integration resource that helps ensure OT assets, platforms, monitoring, documentation, support records, risk items, and operational readiness activities are identified, tracked, coordinated, and completed. Role positioning: This role combines technical coordination, operational readiness, platform integration, and support enablement. It is not a pure project management role and does not replace day-to-day operations ownership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Integration and Readiness
Validate that OT environments are supportable and operationally ready after implementation or transition activities. Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings, support gaps, open items, and integration dependencies. Assist operations with aligning transitioned assets, platforms, monitoring, documentation, and support records with the required operating model. Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams when post-transition remediation or clarification is required.
Control, Evidence, and Readiness Support
Assist with collecting, organizing, validating, and maintaining control evidence and readiness artifacts. Support closure of control validation items, remediation actions, exception documentation, and operational readiness gaps. Coordinate with cybersecurity, architecture, operations, and site stakeholders to obtain missing information required for control reviews or operational acceptance. Track dependencies and evidence needs through completion.
Platform and Monitoring Readiness
Validate that OT assets, site infrastructure, and security components are represented in appropriate monitoring, visibility, and operational support workflows. Support follow-up activities related to alerting, platform health, asset visibility, telemetry, and operational monitoring. Coordinate with platform owners and operations teams to close monitoring or support integration gaps. Confirm monitoring and escalation expectations are documented and understood by support teams.
Documentation and Records Completion
Coordinate completion and validation of runbooks, support notes, asset records, diagrams, connectivity information, and operational support instructions. Identify documentation gaps affecting supportability, audit readiness, or operational ownership. Work with delivery, site, and operations teams to
