Junior Accountant, Assurance (May or September 2027)

Your Opportunity Our  St. John’s office  is looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Assurance team, starting in  May or September 2027  and own the following responsibilities:  Efficiently utilize technical knowledge from courses to carry out work projects and assignments   Prepare and complete audit tests, working papers, financial statements, notice to reader and review engagements per regulatory standards  Engage with clients to gather evidence and build an understanding of transactions and balances, supporting financial statement audit and other financial assurance engagements.
