Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a an ICT Infrastructure Teamleader located in in Oostrum, North Limburg. As an ICT Infrastructure Teamleader you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT Infrastructure team. Together with your team, you ensure a stable, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure that effectively supports business operations. You are responsible for delivering infrastructure services, including end-user computing, servers, networks, scanners, printers, mobile telephony, and related IT services. In this role, you work closely with various Corporate IT teams that provide global support, guidance, and standards. You act as the key liaison between the local organization and Corporate IT. You oversee the progress of projects, changes, and operational activities, ensuring that local business requirements remain aligned with global IT standards and compliance requirements. Working within an ITIL-based framework, you focus on service quality, continuity, and customer satisfaction. You maintain oversight of capacity, priorities, risks, and escalations, while ensuring clear communication with both internal customers and external stakeholders. You are solution-oriented, pragmatic, and able to strike the right balance between business needs, security, and operational control. You will directly report to the IT Manager. What a typical day looks like: Lead the IT Infrastructure team and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. Organize, monitor, and oversee incidents, changes, projects, and maintenance activities. Ensure a stable and reliable IT environment with minimal disruption to business operations. Prioritize, coordinate, and, where necessary, escalate complex incidents to IT Management, Corporate IT, vendors, or project teams. Support the IT Manager with budget management and capacity planning. Monitor and continuously improve service levels and operational performance. Analyze trends, bottlenecks, and risks within IT service delivery, and initiate improvement actions. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Actively maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and Corporate IT organizations. Provide hands-on support for complex infrastructure-related issues when required. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (HBO) preferably in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. Preferably several years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Operations. Experience in leading employees and/or coordinating teams. Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and IT Service Management processes. ITIL certification and/or knowledge is considered a strong advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic (logistics) environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and implement appropriate solutions. Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Pragmatic approach with a strong focus on continuity, risk management, and long-term maintainability.
