At Entain, We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented sponsorship professional to support the activation and delivery of partnerships in Portugal. This role is focused on turning agreed sponsorships into high-quality, well-executed programmes that strengthen brand visibility, build local relevance, and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every activation is delivered smoothly and to a high standard. They are comfortable working cross-functionally, solving issues quickly, and keeping projects on track from planning through execution and post-campaign review.

Own the end-to-end activation and delivery of sponsorship partnerships in Portugal, ensuring programmes are executed on time, on brand, and to a high standard. Translate agreed partnership rights into clear activation plans, including timelines, deliverables, roles, and operational requirements. Coordinate internal stakeholders across brand, media, digital, PR, legal, finance, procurement, sales, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with rights holders, agencies, promoters, and event organisers to manage activation details and ensure all agreed deliverables are fulfilled. Manage campaign and event logistics, production timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across multiple projects simultaneously. Track budgets, invoices, and project spend carefully, ensuring strong financial control throughout execution. Monitor activation performance against agreed KPIs, gather results and feedback, and support post-campaign evaluations. Identify operational risks early, troubleshoot issues quickly, and maintain momentum across fast-moving projects. Ensure all sponsorship activity is delivered in line with brand guidelines, governance requirements, and local market needs. Capture learnings from each activation and help improve ways of working, executional quality, and future partnership planning.

Proven experience in sponsorship activation, events, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or campaign delivery roles. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders at the same time. Experience coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns or events with consistency and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where plans evolve and issues need to be resolved quickly and calmly. Good understanding of how sponsorship activations connect to brand objectives and consumer experience. Strong organisational discipline, including budget tracking, approvals management, and process follow-through. Collaborative working style and ability to build effective relationships across functions and with external stakeholders. Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking results, gathering feedback, and turning learnings into improvements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
