Senior Support Engineer

The Hardware Systems Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, testing, repairing, and validating next-generation AI compute hardware supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Go Big data centers. This role is a key member of the Commercial Repair Center, ensuring Compute hardware is rapidly restored to production while driving continuous improvements in hardware reliability, diagnosability, and operational efficiency.
