Position: IP Counsel Location: Bengaluru/Pune   Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to manage and safeguard the company’s IP portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves strategic oversight of IP assets, handling complex IP transactions, and ensuring compliance with global IP laws. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Commercial IP transactions along with the ability to collaborate across internal teams. R͏oles and responsibilities:

This person would be working as a part of the IP Legal team in Wipro. This person would be responsible for co-ordinating with the inventors to understand the invention and perform patentability searches, draft patent applications, co-ordinate with the law firm to draft and review the patent application. Well versed with patent law across jurisdictions such as India, Europe, and US. Respond/review the response to Office actions and rejections from patent offices. Lead patent analytics projects. Perform Freedom to Operate searches, Evidence of Use searches, prepare Evidence of Use charts,
