Operations Manager

Join Maximus in an exciting leadership opportunity as an Operations Manager supporting the Missouri Surge Support project in a fully remote role.

In this high-impact position, you will lead and develop multiple Supervisor teams while driving operational excellence across Medicaid Application and Annual Renewals. You will oversee performance for up to six Supervisor teams and approximately 120 Eligibility Specialists, leveraging data-driven insights to analyze trends, manage key project metrics, prepare and present results to internal and external stakeholders, resolve escalations, address performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
