Develop and integrate platform software across Linux/Android, firmware, middleware, and subsystem interfaces. Support platform bring-up, feature enablement, and software readiness for new silicon programs. Debug and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, firmware, kernel, middleware, and applications. Analyze and optimize system behavior across power, performance, memory, thermal, and reliability dimensions. Diagnose issues involving CPU, DSP, GPU, memory, storage, clocks, regulators, and connectivity subsystems. Drive customer issue investigations and product defect resolution. Contribute to automation, observability, and engineering productivity initiatives.

Expertise in embedded software development, system integration, Linux, Android, and RTOS platforms. Experience with multimedia and/or connectivity technologies. Exceptional analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of solving complex system-level problems. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new domains, operate effectively in ambiguous environments, and drive complex technical problems to successful outcomes. Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. • 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Applicants : Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
