Job Summary
Coordinates all onsite activities at client location in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of waste and other related services following federal, state and local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel. Serves as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for transportation of waste from client site including scheduling, manifesting, tracking and loading materials. Responsible for safe sorting and baling of materials Manage hourly personnel including but not limited to hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary action. Coordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage Maintains and exceeds customer expectations Required to operate site specific equipment (forklifts, baler, etc.). Promote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations. III.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant experience 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement) Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment B.
Preferred Qualifications
Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) will be required if project site responsibilities includes the management of hazardous waste IV.

Pay: The expected base pay for this on-site position is $60,000/annually. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
