Senior BI Analyst

You provide input to reporting and governance for key performance indicators and contribute to measurements of performance data, analytics, scorecards and tracking, providing insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement. How you will contribute You will: Help create business metrics including KPIs Provide in-depth analysis and regular and ad hoc reporting Provide input for presentations to senior management to aid decision making and continuous improvement Develop and improve analytical tools and visual aids What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tools used in analysis Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good business acumen to understand linkages What extra ingredients you will bring: Mandatory Skills & Tools: - Microsoft Excel – Very strong skills including Power Pivot, advanced formulas, data modeling, and complex workbook design - Power BI – Proficiency in building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports (DAX, data modeling, visualizations) - SAP – Working knowledge of SAP data extraction and navigation   Nice to Have: - Alteryx – Experience with Alteryx workflows for data preparation, blending, and automation - GCP/BigQuery/SQL – Ability to write queries for data extraction and validation
