" Job Description & Summary:   In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall deployment process. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle.

Process Mapping, Workflow Design, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)   4. Stakeholder Management, Client Interaction   5. UAT Coordination, Documentation, Gap Analysis     Mandatory skill sets:     1. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications (BRD/FRD)   2. Work closely with government stakeholders to understand processes and workflows   3. Support e-Governance platforms implementation and digital initiatives   4. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and BPR activities   5. Coordinate UAT, testing, and stakeholder   sign-offs   6.
