Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.    The opportunity This opportunity is in the global operations teams of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) which is rapidly growing. As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes, decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations. As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will take on a more advanced role in supporting the risk management department. Building on the foundational skills developed at the Associate level, you will have increased responsibilities in managing risk management tools, performing more complex tasks related to client and engagement acceptance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of risk management processes. You will also mentor junior team members and provide more in-depth analysis and reporting.   Your key responsibilities

Support CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Licensing Compliance operations through mailbox management, inquiry handling, and license validation activities. Perform validation of CPA licenses and related compliance requirements using internal and external regulatory sources. Process licensing requests, renewals, jurisdiction updates, and compliance-related documentation. Monitor and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely status reporting. Investigate and resolve employee inquiries while escalating complex issues as appropriate. Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure service levels and quality standards are met. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and knowledge-sharing activities. Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensure accurate record keeping, timely communication, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Qualification, Skills, and attributes for success

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, risk management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related area. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with risk management tools and systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a hybrid role.
