Senior Engineering Specialist (MDW Test Maintenance)

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and testing equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes About the role - you will:

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and test equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime. Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure equipment reliability. Administer training programs for proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures. Conduct head changes for Burnish, Glide, and Cert heads. Troubleshoot testers down to the board level. Maintain testers and automation systems, including pick-and-place robots. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Monitor machine yield and performance through real-time systems and take corrective actions as needed. About you:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma Self-motivated and positive working attitude. Team player with good problem-solving skill. Willing to work in clean room environment. Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) night shift pattern Your experience includes:

Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage Experience in equipment troubleshooting till board level will be an added advantage Location:
