Job Description Principal responsibilities you'll be entrusted with include but are not limited to: Working closely with sales traders to support clients, assist with client requests, conduct day-to-day activities which facilitate client trading Allocate client trades to the proper accounts Conduct research and obtain market data through Bloomberg, Trading systems, and internal databases Maintain the group's online, client-facing, web portal Design and implement front-office solutions to optimize trading operations Assist in multiple marketplace modeling and ad-hoc quantitative research Coordinate with various groups (middle office, back office, technology, clients) in resolving technical and settlement issues in trading operations Contribute towards the development of marketplace modeling and ad-hoc quantitative research Job Requirements Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program Have a combination of strong financial/analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and be adept at financial modeling and valuation Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication skills are mandatory as the job requires you to speak directly with clients Ability to communicate and work effectively with others (both with internal and external stakeholders) Highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a proactive manner Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail is a MUST Experience with Python, SQL, VBA and Bloomberg is a plus (requirement of these skills vary by desks) Early Talent Requirements Applications must include a transcript, cover letter (one letter-sized page or less) and a resume (maximum of 2 pages).  We welcome all applications; however, we will only contact qualified candidates chosen for an interview.  Thank you for your interest.
