We are enhancing the way we do business, focusing on the most important things and staying agile and responsive to the needs of a faster, more connected world.     TE Connectivity is seeking a highly technical and strategic leader to manage and develop a growing multi-disciplinary team of Senior System Architects, driving next-generation interconnect solutions. This role is at the intersection of technology leadership, people management, and business impact, ensuring that TE remains a pioneer in high-speed interconnect solutions.     As the Manager of System Architecture (Standards), you will oversee technical strategy, stakeholder engagement, and talent development while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across a geographically dispersed team. You will also work closely with OEMs, hyperscalers, and industry partners to align TE’s technology roadmap with market trends and customer needs.     This is a high-impact leadership position requiring a deep technical foundation, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making across multiple high-priority technical projects.   As a Sr. Manager (Standards) within the Data & Devices Business Unit, you will be TE’s voice in global standards bodies and the bridge between external specifications and our internal product roadmaps. You will influence next-generation protocols, ensure TE’s designs stay compliant and differentiated, and drive company-wide alignment on standards strategy.  What your background should look like
