As the Data Governance Manager for the Arkansas Decision Support System (DSS), you are responsible for continually developing and supporting the data governance framework for Arkansas Medicaid. The position focuses on managing and maintaining compliance with inbound and outbound data flows into the DSS, orchestrating work to be performed across multiple organization verticals, ensuring data needs are met by end users, and reporting and maintaining data health assessments to various clients. The role requires a strong background in understanding the data ecosystem for a Medicaid program, the ability to take on complex multi-step tasks and perform to completion while managing and delegating to a small support team. This position follows a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days per week.
