Provide consultative business and system integration services to help the client implement effective technology solutions.  Understand customer needs and translate them into business and technology solutions, including functional and application designs.  Drive stakeholder discussions on transformation, customer journey, solution design, and integration approach.  Ensure technology and business solutions accurately represent business requirements and align with client goals.  Serve as a subject matter expert for integration engineering, supporting key decisions across immediate and cross-functional teams.  Design, develop, and enhance Java-based backend components and integration services using Core Java and Spring Boot.  Build and support RESTful APIs, service-layer logic, and reusable integration components aligned with application architecture standards.  Troubleshoot Java application issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes across development and testing environments.  Write and maintain unit test cases using JUnit to improve code quality, test coverage, and release confidence.  Review Java code, promote clean coding practices, and support maintainable, scalable, and secure backend development.  Develop and refine integration strategies aligned to client business objectives and existing technology landscapes.  Analyze complex integration challenges and recommend innovative, scalable solutions.  Support and guide team members by sharing expertise, fostering collaboration, and helping the team deliver quality outcomes.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance integration processes, delivery quality, and overall solution effectiveness.
